What happens when you cancel
When you cancel, your subscription stops immediately — no further orders will be created. If an order has already been processed before you cancel, that order will still be dispatched as normal, since it's already been paid for and prepared.
You'll receive an email confirming your cancellation. Please keep this for your records.
Cancelled but still being charged?
If you've cancelled your subscription but a new order or charge has appeared afterwards, please don't worry — this is not something you need to fix yourself. Contact us at hello@thatprotein.com with your order number and the approximate date you cancelled, and we'll investigate and put it right.
