Due to COVID 19 related Staffing Reductions at Major Courier and Royal Mail Services, some packages may be delayed beyond the listed delivery times. This is beyond our control at the moment and we apologise for any inconvenience. 
We offer free shipping for orders with a total value of £40 or more to our customers in the UK and Ireland.
We offer free shipping for orders with a total value of £60 or more to our customers in Europe.
We offer free shipping for orders with a total value of £100 or more to our customers in the rest of the world (World Zone 1 and 2 on map below).

YOUR AVAILABLE SHIPPING OPTIONS.

UK:

Royal Mail 1st Class. Royal Mail 1st Class aims to deliver your letter or parcel the next working day* (currently around 93% of 1st Class mail is delivered next day).

Royal Mail 2nd Class. Royal Mail 2nd Class aims to deliver your letter or parcel in two to three working days* (currently around 99% of 2nd Class mail is delivered on time). If you qualify for free shipping, we will use this service to ship your order.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions some delays may occur and Royal Mail may take up to 7 days to deliver a 2nd Class package. Normally this is not the case but some packages in some areas may suffer this delay.

Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is Royal Mail's guaranteed by 1pm delivery service to all UK destinations. 

IRELAND:

Royal Mail International Tracked.  Your package will be despatched by Royal Mail and delivered in Ireland by An Post.

DPD Next Day. Some deliveries to Ireland may be sent by the next day delivery service with DPD.  

EUROPE / REST OF WORLD:

Royal Mail International Tracked. Items are tracked in the UK and overseas with online confirmation of delivery provided. 

 

*  working day means any day other than Saturday or Sunday or any bank holiday or other national holiday.
