What is that protein?

Don’t we get enough protein from our diets?
All proteins are not equal. Some come from animal sources and may have the attendant saturated fat and with dairy protein many people are lactose intolerant. For some groups like vegans, vegetarians and over 50s it can be more challenging to get 0.8g protein per kg body weight every day. Even for those who find it easy to get their daily protein allowance, the mixes offer a wonderfully healthy and tasty way of doing so.

How should I store that protein?
Always store that protein in a cool dry place and use within four weeks of opening the pack.
Our cacao products contain caffeine. The pumpkin seed protein, hemp and rice powder does not contain nuts but is manufactured in a factory that may handle nuts. The Nutty Nutty Peanut Butter contains peanut flour.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay by credit/debit card or PayPal. Mobile device users can also use Apple Pay or Google Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
How does the 'Remember me' option work?
At checkout, mobile users will be given the option to tick a 'Remember Me' box. Remember Me lets customers save their credit card and their shipping and billing information so they can check out faster the next time they visit the store. The next time you make a purchase and enter your email address, you will receive a unique 6-digit code in a text message. Simply enter the code on the checkout page and your payment card and shipping and information will be automatically filled out.
Can I use more than one discount code at a time?
You may only use one discount code at a time, the discount code box will only accept one code at anytime and apply the relevant discount.
What is your returns policy?
We will examine any returned Goods and will notify you about your refund or replacement item via email within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process a refund or delivery of a replacement item as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day, we confirmed to you via email that you are entitled to it. Refunds will be made by crediting the payment card or electronic payment account you used to purchase the Goods.
We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund or replacement and to recover the cost of returning or collecting the Goods in the event that the Goods are found to have suffered damage after delivery or have been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions or if the problem is due to normal wear and tear or if the Goods have not been returned with its original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different flavour, we, unfortunately, cannot exchange open pouches. However, to exchange any unopened pouches, simply email us and tell us what the issue is and we will confirm the process via email for you to follow in making an exchange.
Do not send the product back until you have the email confirmation to do so.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Pouches must be unopened to qualify for a refund or exchange. Opened pouches, unfortunately, cannot be returned. You will then return the products to the address on the back of the pack and once we recieve the product we will start the process. We will inform you of your refund or exchange via email. Cost of returning the product to us for refund or exchange will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Please ensure you have proof of postage as we will be unable to exchange or refund if the product is lost in transit without proof of postage.
Promotional multipacks are sold as one unit and must be returned as bought for a refund unless deemed faulty.
