Subscriptions
How do I start a subscription?
Choose Subscribe & Save at checkout on any eligible product, or browse our Subscribe & Save collection to see everything available. You'll save 15% on every order, and you can skip, pause or cancel at any time.
How do I manage my subscription?
Visit our Manage Your Subscription page and click through to your subscription portal, where you can view, skip, pause, change or cancel your subscription at any time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your subscription portal from the Manage Your Subscription page and select cancel. You do not need to email us to cancel — it can be done entirely yourself, and takes effect immediately.
How do I skip my next delivery?
In your subscription portal, select the upcoming order and choose skip. Your subscription will continue as normal from the following cycle.
How do I pause my subscription?
Your subscription portal includes a pause option, letting you stop deliveries temporarily without cancelling entirely.
When will my next subscription payment be taken?
Your next billing date is shown clearly in your subscription portal alongside each active subscription.
What happens after I cancel?
Your subscription stops immediately and no further orders will be created. If an order was already processed before cancellation, it will still be dispatched as normal. You'll receive an email confirming the cancellation.
What should I do if I cancelled but another order was created?
Please contact hello@thatprotein.com with your order number and the approximate cancellation date, and we will investigate your account and order history directly.
About That Protein
What is That Protein?
That Protein is the UK's only certified Low FODMAP vegan protein brand. We make organic, additive-free protein powders and protein porridges that are independently tested and certified safe for people with IBS and sensitive stomachs. Every product is free from sweeteners, gums, fillers and artificial additives.
Is That Protein certified Low FODMAP?
Two of our products — Blissful Raw Cacao Super Protein and Double Choc Protein Porridge — hold independent FODMAP Friendly certification, meaning every batch is independently laboratory tested. All of our products have been tested as Low FODMAP and are IBS-friendly, made without any high FODMAP ingredients.
Is That Protein suitable for IBS?
Yes. All That Protein products are made without high FODMAP ingredients and are suitable for people with IBS. The entire range is free from the sweeteners, gums and fillers that commonly trigger IBS symptoms — including sorbitol, xylitol, inulin, guar gum and chicory root.
Is That Protein vegan?
Yes. All That Protein products are 100% plant-based, dairy-free and vegan.
What are the ingredients?
That Protein uses certified organic ingredients only. Core ingredients include organic brown rice protein, organic raw cacao, organic oat groats, organic coconut sugar and organic pumpkin seed protein. We never use artificial flavours, sweeteners, gums, stabilisers or fillers. What you see on the label is everything that is in the bag.
Ordering and Delivery
Do you offer free UK shipping?
Yes — free UK shipping on all orders over £30.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be applied per order.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused pouches within 30 days of purchase. Opened pouches cannot be returned. Email hello@thatprotein.com before sending anything back and we will confirm the process. Please ensure you have proof of postage.
Can I exchange for a different flavour?
Yes — we can exchange unopened pouches for a different flavour. Email us first at hello@thatprotein.com to arrange.
Safety and Storage
How should I store That Protein?
Store in a cool, dry place and use within four weeks of opening the pack.
Are the products suitable for children?
We do not recommend our products for children.
Important allergen information
Our cacao products contain caffeine. The Nutty Nutty Peanut Butter contains peanuts. All products are manufactured in a facility that may handle nuts. Cacao can be fatal to dogs — please keep dogs away from all That Protein products.
