Chocolate Protein Banana Bread — Low FODMAP Vegan Bake

The banana bread you will make every week. This Chocolate Protein Banana Bread is moist, dark and deeply chocolatey — 10g of certified Low FODMAP protein per slice and completely gut-safe.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops That Protein Blissful Raw Cacao
  • 3 very ripe bananas, mashed
  • 200g oat flour
  • 2 eggs (or flax eggs)
  • 80ml coconut oil, melted
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 50g dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C and line a loaf tin.
  2. Mash bananas thoroughly.
  3. Add eggs, coconut oil and maple syrup and mix well.
  4. Stir in oat flour, protein powder, cacao powder, baking powder and salt.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  6. Pour into loaf tin and bake 45-50 minutes until skewer comes out clean.
  7. Cool completely before slicing.
