The banana bread you will make every week. This Chocolate Protein Banana Bread is moist, dark and deeply chocolatey — 10g of certified Low FODMAP protein per slice and completely gut-safe.
Ingredients
- 2 scoops That Protein Blissful Raw Cacao
- 3 very ripe bananas, mashed
- 200g oat flour
- 2 eggs (or flax eggs)
- 80ml coconut oil, melted
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of sea salt
- 50g dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C and line a loaf tin.
- Mash bananas thoroughly.
- Add eggs, coconut oil and maple syrup and mix well.
- Stir in oat flour, protein powder, cacao powder, baking powder and salt.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour into loaf tin and bake 45-50 minutes until skewer comes out clean.
- Cool completely before slicing.
