Ingredients
- 2 scoops That Protein Nutty Nutty Peanut Butter
- 100g oat flour
- 2 eggs (or flax eggs for fully vegan)
- 150ml oat milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of sea salt
- Coconut oil for cooking
- To serve: maple syrup, fresh strawberries, peanut butter drizzle
Instructions
- Whisk together protein powder, oat flour, baking powder and salt.
- In a separate bowl whisk eggs, oat milk and maple syrup.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook 3 tbsp batter per pancake for 2-3 minutes each side until golden.
- Stack high and serve with maple syrup, strawberries and peanut butter drizzle.
