1 scoop Chirpy Chirpy Choca Mocha Super Protein

1/2 cup frozen zucchini (creates a creamy texture without the bloat of excess fruit)

1 small unripe banana (Low FODMAP friendly)

200ml almond milk

1 tsp almond butter

Method

Pour: Add the almond milk to your blender first (this helps the blades spin smoothly).

Add: Toss in the protein powder, frozen zucchini, banana, and almond butter.
