Ingredients
- 1 scoop That Protein Blissful Raw Cacao
- 250ml oat milk
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- ½ tsp ashwagandha powder (optional)
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of cardamom
- Handful of ice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend for 45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and drink mindfully after your practice.
