Ingredients
- 2 scoops That Protein Blissful Raw Cacao
- 120g pitted dates, rinsed
- 80g rolled oats
- 3 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Pinch of sea salt
- Dark chocolate for coating (optional)
Instructions
- Blend dates until they form a sticky paste.
- Add all remaining ingredients and blend into a thick fudgy dough.
- Roll into 16 small squares or balls.
- Optional: dip in melted dark chocolate and freeze 20 minutes.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes until firm. Store in fridge up to 1 week.
