Vegan Protein Overnight Oats — Low FODMAP & 5 Minutes

Five minutes tonight, breakfast sorted tomorrow. These vegan protein overnight oats are creamy, filling and low FODMAP — a gut-friendly way to start the day with real plant protein and zero morning effort.

Why you'll love them

  • Just 5 minutes of prep — perfect for meal prep
  • Low FODMAP and dairy-free
  • Around 20g of protein to keep you full till lunch
  • Endlessly customisable

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 50g rolled oats
  • 1 scoop (20g) Blissful Raw Cacao or Nutty Nutty Peanut Butter protein
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 200ml almond or rice milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
  • Toppings: strawberries, blueberries, a little peanut butter

Method

  1. Add the oats, protein powder and chia seeds to a jar and stir.
  2. Pour in the milk and maple syrup, then stir well until there are no dry pockets.
  3. Seal and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  4. In the morning, stir, loosen with a splash of milk if needed, and add your toppings.

Tips

Stick to around 50g oats and a cup of plant milk per portion to keep things low FODMAP. Avoid dates and honey as sweeteners (both high FODMAP) — maple syrup is the gentle choice. Make three jars at once for an easy work week.
