Ingredients
- 2 scoops That Protein Nutty Nutty Peanut Butter
- 150g rolled oats
- 3 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until a thick dough forms.
- If too dry add a splash of oat milk. If too wet add more oats.
- Roll into 16 balls and place on a lined tray.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes until firm. Store in fridge up to 1 week.
