Ingredients

  • 2 scoops That Protein Blissful Raw Cacao
  • 400ml full-fat coconut milk (chilled overnight)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Scoop out the thick cream from the top of chilled coconut milk.
  2. Whip coconut cream until light and fluffy.
  3. Blend remaining ingredients until smooth.
  4. Fold protein mixture into whipped coconut cream gently.
  5. Pour into a freezer-safe container.
  6. Freeze 6 hours, stirring every 2 hours for creamier texture.
  7. Scoop and serve with cacao nibs on top.
