Mango and Cashew Protein Smoothie

 Serves; 2. 

Ingredients:

1 mango, chopped
1 ripe banana, peeled and chopped
1 handful spinach
½ cup raw cashew nuts (small handful)
2 cups almond milk
Juice of 1 lime
1 heaped tablespoon that protein I Heart Pumpkin and Chia Seed Super Protein

Method:

Peel and chop the mango and then add the flesh to your blender along with a chopped banana, handful of spinach, cashew nuts and lime juice.  Next, add the almond milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.  Add your that protein I Heart Pumpkin and Chia Seed Super Protein and blend again for about 30 seconds (I used my nutribullet). The smoothie blends into a really vibrant green colour.
