🌱 Ingredients

  • 1 cup (120g) rolled oats

  • 10 soft Medjool dates, pitted

  • 2 tbsp almond butter (or any nut/seed butter)

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 tsp espresso powder (optional for extra kick)

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (if needed for binding)

  • Pinch of sea salt

  1. In a food processor, pulse the oats into a coarse flour.
