Peanut Butter Protein Shake Serves 1 Ingredients 1 medium banana, fresh or frozen 30g Nutty Nutty Peanut butter Super Protein powder 2 heaped tsp. peanut butter 1 medjool date, de-stoned 250ml oat milk Method Break the banana into pieces, de-stone the date and add all the ingredients to the blender cup. Blend until smooth and creamy and serve.
