Vegan Protein Recipes — Oats
1/2 cup of That Protein Double Chocolate Porridge300 ml of Hazelnut or Chocolate MIlk1 tbsp of chia seeds1 tbsp of maple syrupOptional toppings: Granola, blueberries and chocolate coconut yoghurtMix all the ingredients for the overnight oats together in a jarRest overnightAdd your optional toppings and enjoy
Ingredients 4 tbsp maple syrup 4 tbsp coconut oil 2 tsp cinnamon 2 tbsp peanut butter 200g rolled oats 150 ground almonds 100g that protein I Heart Pumpkin & Chia Seed Super Protein powder Orange zest Method Melt together the maple syrup, coconut oil and peanut butter. Stir in all the other ingredients and bake at 180C for 10-20 minutes until just becoming brown, checking and stirring regularly. Leave to cool completely before storing in an air tight container.
