Peanut Butter & Chocolate Protein Mug Cake
Peanut Butter & chocolate protein mug cake
1 & 1/2 tbsp protein
3 tbsp oat flour
1 tbsp cacao
1/4 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp milk
1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
Pinch salt
Chocolate chunks (optional)
Combine all ingredients and transfer to a mug, microwave for 1 minute. Top with peanut butter, chocolate chunks and whatever else your heart desires!
