For the bars
1 3/4 cups of oat flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 tbsp cacao powder
3 tbsp of That Protein Choca Mocha
Pinch of sea salt
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1/4 cup of oat milk (or dairy free milk of choice)
For the fudge frosting
3 tbsp protein powder
1 tbsp of peanut butter
1 tbsp of maple syrup
Oat milk to form batter
Instructions
For making the bars base: Mix together all the dry ingredients for the bars
Microwave together the peanut butter and maple syrup
Add the peanut butter/maple mix to the dry ingredients and add your milk
Line a bread tin with baking paper, add your mix and press
Refrigerate for 10-15 min
For making the frosting: Microwave together your peanut butter and maple syrup, add your protein powder and gradually add your milk until desired consistency (it will take around 2 ounces)
Spread the frosting over the bars and refrigerate for extra 15 min
Cut your bars and store them in the fridge
