Nutty Nutty Peanut Butter Protein Balls


peanut butter protein powder
Ingredients
6 medjool dates 
1/2 cup plant milk
1 cup oat flour 
1/2 cup nutty nutty peanut butter super protein
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
2 tbsp chopped (salted) peanuts
Dark chocolate to drizzle
Instructions
 
Blitz dates and milk together, when smooth add to a large bowl. Then combine with the dry ingredients and mix well. Using a heaped tablespoon, measure out the mix (you should get around 14 balls) and roll into balls with your hands. Drizzle with dark chocolate & a pinch of salt. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
*can also be stored in the freezer for up to 1 month*
