Blitz dates and milk together, when smooth add to a large bowl. Then combine with the dry ingredients and mix well. Using a heaped tablespoon, measure out the mix (you should get around 14 balls) and roll into balls with your hands. Drizzle with dark chocolate & a pinch of salt. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
