Ingredients6 medjool dates1/2 cup plant milk1 cup oat flour1/2 cup nutty nutty peanut butter super protein1/4 cup desiccated coconut2 tbsp chopped (salted) peanutsDark chocolate to drizzleInstructionsBlitz dates and milk together, when smooth add to a large bowl. Then combine with the dry ingredients and mix well. Using a heaped tablespoon, measure out the mix (you should get around 14 balls) and roll into balls with your hands. Drizzle with dark chocolate & a pinch of salt. Store in the fridge for up to a week.*can also be stored in the freezer for up to 1 month*
