Ingredients

Base:
190g roasted pecans (1+1/3 cup)
150g dates soaked (3/4 cup)
50g milled/ground chia seeds (1/2 cup)
1 tbsp firm coconut oil
1 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsp that protein Chirpy Chirpy Choca Mocha Super Protein powder
Caramel:
1/2 banana (50g)
150g (3/4cup) dates soaked
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp lemon juice
Topping:
100g dark chocolate
100g roasted pecans

Method

Base:
1) In your food processor grind roasted pecans for the base into a crumble texture.
2) Add all other ingredients until fully broken down and combined
3) Add a spoon of water if mixture is dry
4) Press mixture into a 9 inch square pan and chill until firm approx. 10 minutes
Caramel and topping:
1) Blend soaked dates in your food processor until completely broken down.
2) Add all other ingredients until fully mixed and combined.
3) Spread onto the base and chill again.
4) Melt the chocolate and drizzle onto the top of the brownies.
5) Add pecans and push into soft chocolate and caramel slice and enjoy.
