Perfect for breakfast or a healthy sweet treat (serves 2).
Ingredients
1 avocado
1 frozen banana
2 tbsp that protein I Heart Pumpkin & Chia Protein powder
1 tbsp date syrup/ maple syrup
2 large medjool dates
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
Pinch of sea salt
1 tbsp almond milk
1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
Toasted coconut for decoration
Method
Combine all ingredients and blitz in a food processor until completely smooth. Spoon into serving glasses and chill for a couple of hours. Top with your choice of toppings. Try toasted coconut flakes, flaked almonds or maybe even granola and fresh berries.
