Overnight oats or Proats
If you have not made overnight proats/oats, they are simply a non-cooking method of making porridge or oats. Instead of cooking on the hotplate or microwave, you soak the raw oats or in our case proats, with your choice of milk. That process allows the oats to absorb all the liquid and soften them enough to eat uncooked. You really only need to let the oats soak in the fridge for about 2 hours. But, it is much better if you soak them overnight!
Then the next morning you will have a ready to eat creamy bowl of proats. The consistency should be the same as a cooked porridge or desert pudding but It has a more thick and creamy texture than fresh cooked porridge.

That Protein Blissful Double Choc Protein Porridge - 60g serving
Oatly Chocolate Milk - 200ml Serving
Combine the two ingredients in bowl or dish of choice, add any sweetener of your choice, we like maple syrup. Mix the ingredients together until you have a smooth blend. You can cover with a lid if you like and then leave in the fridge overnight.
In the morning you will enjoy your wholesome breakfast!
