These Low FODMAP strawberry vanilla protein overnight oats are a creamy, IBS friendly breakfast that’s perfect for busy mornings. Made with That Protein Perfectly Pure Protein Porridge, they provide gentle, additive-free plant protein to support digestion and keep you full.

INGREDIENTS

• ½ cup That Protein Perfectly Pure Protein Porridge
• ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
• ½ cup strawberries, chopped
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tsp maple syrup
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

Add That Protein Perfectly Pure Protein Porridge, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a jar.

Stir well until fully combined.
