Orange and Carrot Protein Smoothie

It's that time of year and the weather is challenging us more than ever.  This is an incredibly important time for us to make sure we are getting enough vitamin C. The mix of orange and baobab is a sure recipe for success and it makes us feel much better about the fading of summer.
Serving 1
Prep 5 minutes

Ingredients:

2 oranges peeled
2 large organic carrots, chopped
½" - 1" ginger to taste
200ml water
1 scoop of that protein Happy Happy Hemp and Baobab Super Protein
Ice to chill if desired

Method:

Squeeze one of the oranges into your blender to provide enough juice to help it blend.  Add a scoop of that protein Happy Happy Hemp and Baobab Super Protein then add the rest of the orange pulp and the second orange, carrots and the ginger to your blender. Add 100ml water to help it blend and thin out the consistency.
