Cold or Hot Protein Mocha

Ingredients

 

1 tin coconut milk

3 scoops That Protein Chirpy Chirpy Choca Mocha Super Protein

1-2 tsp Palmyra Jaggery

1.5 tsp vanilla extract

1-2 squares vegan dark chocolate (optional)

Pinch cinnamon

Pinch Himalayan salt Whisked Coconut cream and raw cacao nibs to serve

Method

Gently warm (not heat) the coconut milk and That Protein together in a saucepan. Once warm, stir through the remaining ingredients and blitz in a blender until smooth

Pour into mugs or glasses, top with coconut cream and a sprinkling of chocolate and enjoy! For an iceD version put all the ingredients in the blender without warming, add ice and blend!
