How can you shine bright in your best skin? There is often a bewildering array of products and advice on healthy skin out there but few will disagree that your best skin can be achieved through combining optimum nutrition/healthy skin supporting nutrition with the most gentle and best quality skincare.
Skin problems can range from Sensitive Skin and Eczema to Rosecea, Psoriasis and adult acne and normal healthy skin also needs support to stay healthy.
One Vitamin that is front and centre when it comes to healthy skin is VITAMIN C. Vitamin C is recognised as a key vitamin when it comes to maintaining health skin. It’s not only found in food but also in many skincare ranges that harness its power.
Dr Jane Mulrooney, renowned specialist in Cosmetic Dermatology and Co-Owner of Ireland’s leading skincare brand, Seavite by Doctors Mulrooney www.seavite.com says: “Topical skincare products that contain Vitamin C help with overall skin health and specifically help neutralise free radical activity in the skin.

This powerful combination instantly plumps and hydrates the skin, boosts cell renewal and strengthens the skin barrier, soothing irritation and calming sensitivities.
