We love this recipe, especially for spring and summer. It's so refreshing and easy to whip up, plus the subtle hint of lavender (completely optional) almost turns it into a delicious dessert.

Ingredients:200-250g strawberries, hulled and chopped
200ml almond milk
½ teaspoon vanilla powder or vanilla extract (or half of a vanilla bean scraped - optional)
1 tablespoon brown rice syrup
1 drop of lavender essential oil or edible lavender flowers
2 scoops that protein I Heart Pumpkin and Chia Seed Super Protein
Ice cubes (optional)
Topping: edible flowers (optional, but definitely a hit)
Pour all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Then pour into tall glasses. You can also garnish the milkshake with some chopped strawberry or dry fruits.
Serve immediately for best results.
