2 tbsp cacao powder
3 tbsp tahini
2 tsp coconut oil
In a blender add all the ingredients and whizz until nice and smooth! Roll into balls and pop into the fridge to harden
Melt some white chocolate and spoon over each Christmas pudding ball and pop on a Holly leaf decoration and place back into the fridge to firm up
And then enjoy!
You can add in some spices such as ginger and cinnamon
