Ingredients:
1⁄4 cup pumpkin purée½ very ripe medium sized banana
250ml milk of choice
1-2 teaspoons of agave (optional)
2-3 tablespoons of that protein I Heart Pumpkin and Chia Seed Super Protein
1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
1⁄8 teaspoon mixed spice
Method:
Put all the ingredients in blender and whisk. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
