1 small pear
Large handful of spinach and kale leaves
1/2 small courgette
1 cup plant based milk
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp That Protein Pumpkin & Chia Super Protein
In a blender add the pear, spinach and kale leaves along with the courgette and milk and blend until it is nice and smooth.
Pour the smoothie mixture into a pan and heat over a medium heat until it just begins to bubble.
Add in your rolled oats and That Protein Pumpkin & Chia Super Protein, turn the heat down slightly and mix in well.
Allow the oats to cook and soften and then remove from the heat, pour into a bowl and top with seasonal fruit and some extra seeds for added goodness.
