Blissful Raw Chocolate Protein Shake


This amazing shake is high in protein and fibre and contains healthy fats to make it a filling and nutritious snack.  Add some fruit and have it for breakfast.

Ingredients:

250 ml coconut milk
3 level tablespoons that protein Blissful Brown Rice and Raw Cacao Super Protein
1 tablespoon Lucy Bee's coconut oil
1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Add a dash of agave to sweeten

Method:

Blend, sprinkle with raw cacao
