These Low FODMAP chocolate chip peanut butter protein bites are the perfect IBS friendly snack for a quick energy boost. Made with That Protein Blissful Brown Rice & Raw Cacao, they deliver additive-free plant protein in a rich, satisfying, gut-friendly bite.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 scoop That Protein Blissful Brown Rice & Raw Cacao
• ½ cup gluten-free oats
• 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 2 tbsp lactose-free dark chocolate chips
• 1–2 tbsp almond milk (as needed)

INSTRUCTIONS

Add oats, That Protein Blissful Brown Rice & Raw Cacao, chia seeds, and chocolate chips to a bowl.

Stir in peanut butter and maple syrup until the mixture starts to come together.

Add almond milk gradually to form a sticky dough.

Roll into small bite-sized balls and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes before serving.
