These Low FODMAP Chocolate Protein Truffles are a rich, bite-sized treat packed with clean plant protein. They’re naturally vegan, IBS-friendly, and made with simple ingredients that are gentle on digestion. Using That Protein Blissful Brown Rice & Raw Cacao, these truffles deliver deep chocolate flavour while supporting a high-protein, gut-friendly snack.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 scoop That Protein Blissful Brown Rice & Raw Cacao
• 3 tbsp peanut butter
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 tbsp almond milk
• 2 tbsp gluten-free oat flour
• 1 tbsp cacao nibs or cocoa powder (for coating)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, mix That Protein Blissful Brown Rice & Raw Cacao, oat flour, and cocoa powder.

  2. Add peanut butter, maple syrup, and almond milk, stirring until a thick dough forms.

  3. Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls.

  4. Roll each truffle in cacao nibs or cocoa powder, then chill in the fridge for 20 minutes before serving.
