Low FODMAP Chocolate Banana Protein Bread

This Low FODMAP Protein Banana Bread is a soft, nourishing bake designed for sensitive digestion. Made with plant-based ingredients and That Protein Blissful Brown Rice & Raw Cacao, it delivers a rich chocolate flavour while supporting your daily protein intake. It’s an IBS-friendly vegan bake perfect for breakfast or a gut-friendly snack.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 scoop That Protein Blissful Brown Rice & Raw Cacao
• 1 small ripe banana (firm/just ripe for lower FODMAP)
• ½ cup gluten-free oat flour
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• ¼ cup almond milk
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• ½ tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• pinch of sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a small loaf tin with baking paper.

  2. Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth, then add maple syrup, almond milk, and chia seeds.

  3. Stir in That Protein Blissful Brown Rice & Raw Cacao, oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until a smooth batter forms.

  4. Pour batter into the loaf tin and bake for 20–25 minutes until set in the centre. Allow to cool before slicing.
