INGREDIENTS
• 1 scoop That Protein Blissful Brown Rice & Raw Cacao
• ½ cup gluten-free oat flour
• 2 tbsp peanut butter
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 2 tbsp almond milk
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• ½ tsp baking powder
• pinch of sea salt
• 1 tbsp dairy-free dark chocolate chips (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix That Protein Blissful Brown Rice & Raw Cacao, oat flour, chia seeds, baking powder, and salt.

Add peanut butter, maple syrup, and almond milk. Stir until a thick cookie dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
