Low FODMAP Protein Cereal (Homemade)

This Low FODMAP protein cereal is a crunchy, gut-friendly alternative to traditional processed cereals. INGREDIENTS

½ cup gluten-free oats
1 scoop That Protein Blissful Brown Rice & Raw Cacao
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp almond milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until evenly combined.

Spread thinly onto the tray and press down slightly.

Bake for 10–12 minutes until crisp, then cool and break into cereal clusters.
