Pumpkin Protein Granola - by That Protein
Ingredients
4 tbsp maple syrup
4 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp peanut butter
200g rolled oats
150 ground almonds
100g that protein I Heart Pumpkin & Chia Seed Super Protein powder
Orange zest
Method
Melt together the maple syrup, coconut oil and peanut butter. Stir in all the other ingredients and bake at 180C for 10-20 minutes until just becoming brown, checking and stirring regularly. Leave to cool completely before storing in an air tight container.
