Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 250ml cold oat milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • Large handful of ice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 45 seconds until thick and smooth.
